With Ultimate Gamepad you get a real button simulation experience. Unlike other solutions, you can press several keys at the same time by putting your thumb on both, just as you would in a real gamepad. Other components like the D-Pad, have been carefully designed so that they feel real.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Gamepad Store offers EMS, DHL, UPS,TNT, FEDEX, China Post, Air Small Packet, SAL Parcel, SAL Small Packet (registered, unregistered) and local courier for domestic delivery.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. We charge for air freight but we are not involved in the collection of foreign duties, taxes, and surcharges, which must be paid separately by you to the relevant party before your wine is released. These charges vary widely around the world and are often based on complex rules.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships and you can track your order.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

How do I place an Order?
To place an order—
- Find your item. Search for specific items or browse by department. We also make recommendations based on what you’ve bought before or what’s popular in your area.
- Add items to your cart. Spotted something you like? Add it to your cart by selecting +Add or Add to Cart. Adjust the item quantity by using the + or – buttons. You can add items to your cart without signing up for an Instacart account. You’ll need an account to check out.
- Review your cart. You can check what’s already in your cart by selecting the green Cart icon. Look for the next available delivery time and how much you may need to add to reach any order minimums. You can also view your item total, adjust quantities, or remove items from your cart.
- Confirm your order details. When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and select the green Go to Checkout button. You may need to enter your email address and select Create Account if you don’t have an Instacart account yet. If you have items in your cart from more than one store, you must choose a separate delivery window for each store. You can schedule delivery for as fast as an hour or for later in the day or week to fit your schedule. Select between—
- A specific delivery window.
- Our Fast & Flexible delivery option, which puts you on standby for the next available shopper within the estimated delivery window.
- Priority delivery, which typically arrives in 60 minutes or less from when you place the order depending on what area you live in.
- Place your order. Add a delivery address and payment information, then place your order. Your gamepads will be on their way in no time.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
To cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team. Please always include your order number and full name so we can find your order. As we try to complete your order as quickly as possible and send it to you, we cannot guarantee you will be able to make changes.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account in order to place an order; you can check out as a guest. However, we suggest you register one, because it will be easier to purchase and manage your orders, also we may have member-only promotion in the future.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to shipping and tracking information. Items may be arriving in separate packages, but we’ll email you each time one ships.

It’s easy to return contact lenses at gamepad.store. Just give us a call and we’ll take it from there!
We offer a generous 30-day period, from date shipped, within which to return any gamepads you have received. To be eligible for return, all products must be in saleable condition (unmarked boxes and factory sealed).
