As long as we supplied all of the parts and accessories, you are covered. If any issues were to occur with the Gamepad, we ask that you contact us and ship them back. Any defects will be corrected.

* Shipping for warranty work will be at the customer’s cost. We are not responsible for any damages due to shipping or improperly installed products.

Warranty Void if:

– Customer sends in Gamepad produced previously by another supplier

– Customer attempts to open Gamepad after receiving and using

– Customer removes any seals on back of Gamepad

To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email with photos and a description of the issue(s) to support@gamepad.store. We will respond back within 24–48 business hours with return instructions. Fun Electronics will repair or replace our discretion.
